You’ll get attentive, informed, person to person service whether you’re placing an order or making an inquiry. Our customer service representatives will serve you promptly, efficiently and courteously. We stand firmly behind the Ocelco name.

Ocelco will provide proof of delivery at your request. The fee for proof of delivery would be $15 if the customer received the package, with no charge if it was lost in delivery. Be absolutely sure you did not receive the package before calling for proof of delivery.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices reflect single unit cost, except where noted. You can call in for quantity discount quotes on large orders. In the past, 95% of our prices remained in effect for more than one year. However, there may be price changes in accordance with our suppliers.

No Order is too small.

These are the terms and conditions for all orders, whether made over the phone, online or faxed.

No item will be accepted for return after 15 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be labeled with a return authorization number which can be obtained from our customer service department. Claims for shortage, breakage, or any other reason must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping containers must be kept if the shipment is damaged or short. All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred.

If you do not call to get a valid RMA or refused packages, additional charges may apply.

Items returned must be in new sellable condition, any damage to an item may result in the return being declined.

All USED pill crushers and bathroom safety products are non-returnable.

Orders may be canceled without charge, provided your request is received before shipment. If the merchandise has been shipped there will be up to a 35 % restocking fee, plus all freight charges incurred. Please get cancellation confirmation to avoid these charges.

We reserve the right to split shipments. We sell on a first come first serve basis. Where available, substitutions will be shipped if the product ordered is not available or discontinued.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited.  We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
